We do not use your data for advertising or unrelated marketing. We collect and process only what is necessary to communicate with you, operate and support the Feed Scroll Generator application, manage licence agreements and meet our legal obligations.

6 . How Long We Keep Data (Retention)

• Support e‑mails & attachments: retained for 48 months after the last correspondence, then deleted or anonymised.
• Licence records (name, company, e‑mail, licence key, purchase history): retained for 7 years after licence expiry or last purchase to meet accounting and warranty obligations.
• Server logs: retained for 90 days for security monitoring.

Retention periods are reviewed annually, and data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

7 . International Transfers

Some of our trusted service partners and support engineers are located outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Whenever your personal data is transferred to or remotely accessed from a third country, we ensure an adequate level of protection by:

• entering into the Standard Contractual Clauses (EU 2021/914) together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or
• relying on another lawful transfer mechanism recognised under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
